CD4070 - Quad 2-Input Exclusive-Or Gate

The CD4070 contains four 2-input XOR (exclusive-or) gates.

It is available in 14-pin DIP (through-hole) and and 14-pin SOIC/SOP/TTSOP (surface-mount) variants.
